Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter (170 g)
1 + 1/2 cup sugar(330 g)
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (85 g)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50 g)
1 tsp bakinf powder

3 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
a pinch of salt

100g Chopped pecans or walnuts (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 degrees.

Mix the dry ingredients. ie flour, baking powder, cocoa powder.

Beat Eggs with powdered sugar and add vanilla, the dry ingredients (just fold in) and melted butter

Add chopped nuts.

Line a square tin with parchment paper or grease it with butter, flour. Pour the mixture into it.

Bake for 20 - 30 min.

Remove it from the oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool it and serve it.
